I selected N1 Hotel for my stay in Victoria Falls primarily for its location. It’s quite centrally located unlike many of the much more expensive lodges. Right across the hotel there is a popular restaurant with excellent craft beers, an extensive menu and live music entertainment most nights. Just up the road is the equally popular Three Monkeys Restaurant, famed for its succulent steaks and fabulous hamburgers. The hotle itself has a pavilion-style restaurant near the pool which, oddly, serves Chinese and Japanese food. Lastly, if you don’t want to take a taxi, it’s an easy 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Victoria Falls National Park entrance. Breakfast can be ordered in the coffee shop adjacent to the reception lobby, but frankly, it’s nothing to write mom home about. A grocery store inside the hotel sells snacks, ice cream and necessities such as toothpaste, but also cold beer and an assortment of wines. There is a cellphone recharging station in the lobby area that guests can use for free. The room was surprisingly good and well equipped for the comparatively small price I paid. It also was spotlessly clean. Hotel staff, including at reception, proved very friendly and extremely helpful. There also is a tour desk by Savannah Adventures, where I booked practically all of my excursions.

I recently stayed at N1 Victoria Falls, and it offered a truly fantastic experience, especially for the location and value. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Victoria Falls town, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, shops, a craft market, and, of course, the falls themselves. The rooms, while a bit small, were clean and had all the essentials. With air conditioning, a safe, and a television, they were more than adequate for a short stay. You’re not here to stay inside anyway, so the room size wasn’t an issue. For the price, it’s unbeatable. One of the standout features was the staff—super friendly and always willing to help. They never seemed too busy to answer questions, offer recommendations, or simply engage in pleasant conversation. Overall, N1 Victoria Falls provides excellent value, a prime location, and a friendly, helpful staff. It's ideal for anyone looking to explore Victoria Falls without spending too much on accommodation. I highly recommend it for travelers seeking a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay.

N1 offers a no-frills hotel at a value price - and delivers. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom and lovely shower. Despite being across the street from a pub with DJ, we didn't get noise disturbance. Hotel is a short walk from entrance to Victoria Falls National Park and equally from the tourist-town centre with shops and restaurants. It is also yards from a huge craft market in case you want to look for any souvenirs - whether they fit in your hand luggage or need their own aircraft to take them home! Hotel has its own restaurant/cafe which serves a mix of simple Western, Chinese and Japanese dishes.

Front desk staff, and all staff for that matter, were very welcoming and helpful. There is a small restaurant inside for breakfast, and the one by the pool has great food. There's an activity desk to book your stuff and a shop with pretty much anything you need. Rooms were small but clean and well-appointed. There are a few nice bars and restaurants right outside the door. Hotel was able to arrange laundry for us ($5/bag is a great deal for same day) and a taxi to the airport ($20). Given the price compared to other hotels in the area, we thought this place would be four walls and a bed, but it exceeded our expectations by a lot.

Location excellent. Very clean, nice, safe area. People friendly and helpful. Large Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Nice places to eat. Area is quiet. Close by to the waterfalls. Recommend to take US$ and in small denominations especially $1 bills. No coins used or given. Stayed in the new part of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, large tv, good rainfall shower with plenty of hot water. Small shower head would have been useful (they’re apparently only in the superior rooms). Good A/C.
