N1 offers a no-frills hotel at a value price - and delivers. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom and lovely shower. Despite being across the street from a pub with DJ, we didn't get noise disturbance. Hotel is a short walk from entrance to Victoria Falls National Park and equally from the tourist-town centre with shops and restaurants. It is also yards from a huge craft market in case you want to look for any souvenirs - whether they fit in your hand luggage or need their own aircraft to take them home! Hotel has its own restaurant/cafe which serves a mix of simple Western, Chinese and Japanese dishes.

The staff at the N1 hotel are fabulous and very helpful, especially Victor and Wenislea The room, although small was comfortable and the breakfast downstairs was good We liked the location being near the Elephant Walk shops and the locals outdoor market and it was within an easy 1km walk to Vic Falls National Park This hotel isn’t fancy but it is very good value for money in an otherwise expensive area We would recommend

I selected N1 Hotel for my stay in Victoria Falls primarily for its location. It’s quite centrally located unlike many of the much more expensive lodges. Right across the hotel there is a popular restaurant with excellent craft beers, an extensive menu and live music entertainment most nights. Just up the road is the equally popular Three Monkeys Restaurant, famed for its succulent steaks and fabulous hamburgers. The hotle itself has a pavilion-style restaurant near the pool which, oddly, serves Chinese and Japanese food. Lastly, if you don’t want to take a taxi, it’s an easy 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Victoria Falls National Park entrance. Breakfast can be ordered in the coffee shop adjacent to the reception lobby, but frankly, it’s nothing to write mom home about. A grocery store inside the hotel sells snacks, ice cream and necessities such as toothpaste, but also cold beer and an assortment of wines. There is a cellphone recharging station in the lobby area that guests can use for free. The room was surprisingly good and well equipped for the comparatively small price I paid. It also was spotlessly clean. Hotel staff, including at reception, proved very friendly and extremely helpful. There also is a tour desk by Savannah Adventures, where I booked practically all of my excursions.

The place was really nice and clean , the hotel is in a good location in town close to many of the stores and restaurant, market and pharmacy. It was close to the Falls within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff member were so helpful and nice. The room that we stayed was small It was good for two people with two beds and that was all we needed, the room already had an outlet with usb ports and universal outlet ac converted to charge all our devices , phones laptops and cameras, also had a shower and hot water, AC unit on the wall with a remote to adjust the temperature, they have a restaurant that serve only breakfast at the front of the hotel and a restaurant that serve lunch and dinner in the back by the pool at the camp site also small convenience store you can get water and other drinks , chips, candies etc.

Location excellent. Very clean, nice, safe area. People friendly and helpful. Large Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Nice places to eat. Area is quiet. Close by to the waterfalls. Recommend to take US$ and in small denominations especially $1 bills. No coins used or given. Stayed in the new part of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, large tv, good rainfall shower with plenty of hot water. Small shower head would have been useful (they’re apparently only in the superior rooms). Good A/C.

Front desk staff, and all staff for that matter, were very welcoming and helpful. There is a small restaurant inside for breakfast, and the one by the pool has great food. There's an activity desk to book your stuff and a shop with pretty much anything you need. Rooms were small but clean and well-appointed. There are a few nice bars and restaurants right outside the door. Hotel was able to arrange laundry for us ($5/bag is a great deal for same day) and a taxi to the airport ($20). Given the price compared to other hotels in the area, we thought this place would be four walls and a bed, but it exceeded our expectations by a lot.

Excellent location: within easy walking distance of Vic Falls Park entrance, good restaurants, CBD. Room was spacious, clean, serviced every day. Staff was friendly end extremely helpful, e.g. a simple query as to whether there was a doctor close by resulted in them arranging for one who appeared in our room 15 minutes later! Thank you again, folks. Useful amenities: small restaurant (breakfast), shop, shuttle and tour operator on site.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the Falls, town, flea market and shops. Comfortable room provided with a safe, bottled water, airconditioner and toiletries. Tourism desk within the hotel. Do not book online as prices are cheaper when you book activities directly with them. Majority of the staff were kind and friendly. Special thanks to the manager and Roderick from N1 as well as Kelvin from Wild Horizons.
